Quantiv specialises in producing ECA's (Early Cost Advice) and BQ's (Bill of Quantities).  We can produce BQ's for full projects, or we can produce for individual trade packages. 

Quantiv is led by Tim Phillips, a Quantity Surveyor since 1994 who spent over 20 years with a leading national main contractor.  Tim has extensive experience across the corporate, public and private sectors, successfully managing budgets in excess of £25m.  The team have produced multiple cost plans and BQ's over the years, delivering the same level of professional expertise and accuracy from residential extensions to schools and commercial premises.

 

Aside from Tim's wide and varied commercial experience, he has a personal insight into the cost challenges of residential newbuilds, renovations & extensions, being a full-scale renovator and managing his own property portfolio.  Tim also writes as a build cost expert for 'Homebuilding & Renovating' magazine and provides one-to-one expert advice & seminars at their national live shows, as well as 'UK Construction Week'
